I build modern product organizations that transform complex technology into products people trust.

Over nearly 24 years at Microsoft, I helped shape products spanning consumer productivity, enterprise security, AI, data governance, and compliance. Along the way, I built organizations from startup-scale teams into multidisciplinary product organizations, launched new product categories, unified complex platforms, and modernized how design teams build products through AI, UX engineering, and product-builder mindsets.

My leadership philosophy is simple: exceptional products are built by exceptional teams. Throughout my career, I've focused on creating environments where talented people can grow, collaborate across disciplines, embrace emerging technologies, and deliver customer experiences that make a meaningful difference.

I believe the role of design leadership is evolving. Today's organizations need more than great designers—they need product builders who understand systems, strategy, engineering, and AI. Helping teams navigate that evolution has become one of the most rewarding parts of my career.

Originally from the Seattle area, I'm now based in Austin, Texas, where my wife and I are raising our seven-year-old daughter. I'm open to relocation for the right leadership opportunity.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me with my family, attending live music, exploring new cultures through travel, building and riding café racers, restoring vintage cars, tackling ambitious DIY projects, or creating something with my hands.

Whether I'm leading a product organization, mentoring future leaders, restoring a classic car, or helping my daughter discover something new, I'm driven by the same mindset: stay curious, simplify complexity, and leave things better than I found them.
