Early Microsoft Consulting & Independent Work

Before joining Microsoft full time, I spent more than seven years leading UX consulting engagements across a wide range of Microsoft organizations, including Windows, Office, Xbox, OEM Marketing, and Worldwide Licensing & Compliance.

Working as both a Senior UX Design Lead and Project Manager, I partnered with diverse product teams to create internal and customer-facing experiences while leading a small team of designers responsible for delivering projects across multiple business groups. The breadth of these engagements taught me how to quickly understand complex domains, build trusted relationships, and deliver meaningful outcomes in rapidly changing environments.

This period of my career established the foundation for my leadership philosophy: stay curious, simplify complexity, and focus on building teams and products that create lasting impact.
